Connex Academy 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 The “12 Days of Christmas Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) is organized by Connex Academy (the “Organizer”).
1.2 By entering the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Connex Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of Connex Academy, their immediate family members, and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Period

3.1 The Promotion will run from 5th of December 2024 to 20th of December 2024. Each day constitutes a separate giveaway with its own prize.
3.2 Entries for each day’s giveaway close at 11:59 PM GMT on that day.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Participants must complete the entry form on the Connex Academy website.
4.2 Only one entry per person per day is allowed. Duplicate entries for the same giveaway will be disqualified.
4.3 No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.

5. Prizes

5.1 A prize will be awarded for each of the 12 days. Prizes are as described in the corresponding daily giveaway post.
5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
5.3 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries for each day.
6.2 Winners will be notified via email in January 2025 (unless specified).
6.3 If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, Connex Academy reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

7.1 By entering the Promotion, participants agree that Connex Academy may use their name, photo, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes in relation to the giveaway, without additional compensation.

8. Liability

8.1 Connex Academy accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted due to technical failure, human error, or any other reason beyond its reasonable control.
8.2 Connex Academy is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by a winner as a result of accepting a prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Data Protection

9.1 Any personal data provided by participants will only be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion and in accordance with Connex Academy’s Privacy Policy.
9.2 Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent, except as required by law.

10. General

10.1 The Organiser’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
10.2 The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
10.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
